Yair Taylor consults on antitrust litigation, merger investigations, and complex commercial litigation. Dr. Taylor provides economic and statistical analyses in all phases of litigation, including refining case strategies, identifying appropriate content for discovery requests, and supporting clients and experts for deposition and trial.
Before joining Cornerstone Research, Dr. Taylor served for over a decade as an economist in the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice (DOJ), working on such high-profile matters as Halliburton/Baker Hughes, Aetna/Humana, AT&T/Time Warner, and UnitedHealth Group/Change Healthcare.
At the DOJ, Dr. Taylor led teams in applying rigorous theoretical and empirical tools to analyze competition and enforcement issues in a wide range of industries, including banking, book publishing, dairy, finance, health insurance, oil and gas, and software.
