De Jaray et al. v. Lattice Semiconductor Corp.

Share

In this trial, the jury denied all the plaintiffs’ claims.

Retained by Steptoe & Johnson

The plaintiffs alleged Lattice Semiconductor Corp. (Lattice) made material misrepresentations about the products it sold, and that those material misrepresentations caused millions of dollars in losses to the plaintiffs’ companies.

Defense counsel retained Jennifer Marietta-Westberg of Cornerstone Research as the economic expert on damages. She opined that the plaintiffs’ damages model was based on inaccurate financial projections about the plaintiffs’ companies.

After a three-week trial in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, the jury found for Lattice and denied all the plaintiffs’ claims.
