Ronnie Barnes of Cornerstone Research will take part in a debate on damages valuation at this half-day programme in Hong Kong.
Dr Barnes will join the ‘De Damnis Debate’ session to discuss whether a discounted cash flow (DCF) valuation should reflect risk in the cash flow or in the discount rate. A jury of arbitration practitioners will adjudicate the debate.
