Kyla Wethli of Cornerstone Research will offer economic insights into changes to the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC’s) executive compensation rules during this live webcast.

Under Chair Gensler’s administration, the SEC has adopted amendments to three executive compensation rules related to the recovery of erroneously awarded compensation (“clawback”), executive trading under Rule 10b5-1 plans, and pay versus performance. These rules create new disclosure requirements for public companies.

Ms. Wethli will provide insights into economic issues and analyses that may arise in litigation.
