Menlo Park, Calif.—Cornerstone Research announced that the firm is collaborating with the Rock Center for Corporate Governance at Stanford University to develop and maintain the COVID-19 Memo Database. The database, which was launched today by Stanford Law School, provides searchable access to a collection of memoranda related to legal, regulatory, accounting, and governance issues raised by the current coronavirus crisis. These memoranda are prepared by the nation’s leading law firms, audit firms, and other business advisors.
The database is available at covidmemo.law.stanford.edu.

This database is a practical solution to a real-world problem that can also serve as a great resource for scholars and educators.”
