Dr. Ricchetti has also consulted on antitrust regulatory disputes and merger reviews, including the Sysco–U.S. Foods proposed merger.
Dr. Ricchetti has consulted on multiple high-profile labor matters involving issues of monopsony power, discrimination, employee/independent contractor status, compensation, and promotion. As an expert witness, Dr. Ricchetti has been retained to analyze questions of antitrust impact and damages, as well the pro-competitive effects of a horizontal agreement. He was deposed and testified at trial in a U.S. federal court in a case concerning statistical issues related to forecasting the time of an uncertain event.
