Laurent Samuel provides economic and financial analysis and expert support in all phases of commercial litigation. Mr. Samuel has addressed alleged market manipulation in commodities and FX markets, and trading issues arising in equity markets. He has substantial experience directing analyses of large and complex, high-frequency financial datasets, from both private entities and trading exchanges. Mr. Samuel has also consulted on alleged antitrust behavior related to futures exchanges and U.S. health insurance markets, and in multiple corporate and asset valuation matters.
