Consumer finance

Ms. Glandon analyzes consumer finance issues in class action litigation and regulatory investigations. Her representative experience includes:

  • Quantifying financial exposure in credit card payments and fees matters, including Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) enforcement actions
  • Evaluating exposure and providing quantitative analyses of overdraft (OD) and insufficient funds (NSF) fee practices
  • Assessing consumer data to measure the impact of credit repair services
  • Assessing consumer behavior and consumer data related to unemployment benefits
Corporate governance

In her corporate governance work, Ms. Glandon assesses adherence to industry standards and practices for corporate oversight, including compliance, executive compensation, and internal audit processes. Her representative experience includes assessing alleged breaches of fiduciary duty by boards and executives.
