Chady Gemayel provides economic and financial analysis and expert support in all phases of commercial litigation, including class certification, merits, mediation, and trial. Dr. Gemayel has extensive experience with Section 10(b) and Section 11 securities litigation, notably matters involving special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), common stock, and debt securities. He has also worked on valuation, corporate governance, and derivative litigation matters, including cases in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
