He has more than thirty years of experience as a consultant and testifying expert. His experience includes multiple high-profile matters before UK and European Union courts and competition regulators. Mr. Colley has testified before the UK High Court and the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT), and in arbitration proceedings on both antitrust damages matters, antitrust disputes, and regulatory appeals.
