Matthew Davis provides economic and financial analysis and expert support in all phases of commercial litigation. Dr. Davis’s work focuses on securities class actions and other complex financial litigation. He has analyzed class certification, damages, and loss causation issues, as well as matters involving antitrust in financial markets, alleged market manipulation, executive compensation, valuation, and real estate.
